Getting Started

Are you ready to get started? Follow these three easy steps and discover how you can use OJT to jump-start your training efforts.


Contact a MCOT Project Manager, either by phone or e-mail, and indicate that you are an employer and that you are interested in the MCOT Professional Skills Training Program.

You will be referred to a WIN Job Center staff member who will work with you to develop an MCOT Training Agreement under which you can hire and train new staff. 

 


The WIN Job Center staff member will work with you to place eligible individuals into the positions with your company for which you will provide training.  You make the final selections of employees who are hired.
